Leonard Coombe Master Saddlers (Leonard Coombe) aims to provide you with continuous and error-free access to the website.
The information we ask you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. Once you have placed an order we will contact you to confirm the order, to confirm when your order has been dispatched, and/or if we have any other information regarding your order. Pricing All prices on products offered by Leonard Coombe are priced in pounds sterling and where applicable include UK VAT at the current rate.
Occasionally despite our best efforts items may appear miss priced, should the correct price be lower than the shown price we will always charge you the lower price. If the correct price is higher we will contact you to advise the correct price and request instructions, if you do not reply to us within 3 days (excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays) we will cancel the order for that item.
Availability Leonard Coombe endeavors to maintain accurate stock levels. However, if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible, and advise of availability and delivery times.
For all special orders items, such as those not held in our usual stock, or custom items, such as those with personalization or custom made, we will email you with availability and estimated delivery time. We will not process your order until you have sent confirmation of the order. We will take payment for all special/custom orders once we have received your order confirmation.
All special/custom orders are non-refundable. Payment We accept all major credit cards (excluding Diners Club Cards). Cards are not debited until goods are dispatched. PayPal Online payments are carried out through a secure environment and transactions are shown in pounds sterling.
Only enter your payment details when asked, do not email your card details to us.No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way.
Offers and Promotions Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Multi-buy promotions, including buy one get one free and three for two offers, will only apply to the items stated and must be purchased within one transaction.
If free postage is offered, it applies to Standard Delivery only and excludes quoted and overseas deliveries. A minimum order value of £50 will be required to qualify for postage offers.
We aim to deliver the Goods within the indicative timescales shown on Our Website. References to "working day" shall mean any day of the week excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. However, time is not of the essence for delivery or performance and all delivery dates specified on our Website and in any correspondence are estimates only. This means that We will not be responsible if Goods are delivered outside those times and We will not be liable for the consequences of any delay. If We are unable to deliver the Goods within the indicated timescale, We shall use reasonable efforts to tell You this by e-mail and give You an amended delivery estimate. Please note we are unable to process claims for missing deliveries for 10 working days.
Leonard Coombe reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
Your Online Account When using this website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.
When registering your details please ensure that the information you provide to us is complete and correct, and advise us as soon as possible should this change or you wish your details removed.
Leonard Coombe reserves the right to change or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately. We will not charge for items until they are ready to dispatch. Please Note: We are unable to add or amend orders after you have been through the checkout process You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming, or any unlawful activity. When placing your order you will be given the option of coming into the store to pay for and collect your items, we will email you to let you know when your order is ready for collection and we will then hold your order for 3 days (excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays) before returning the items to stock.
