Returning Items For A Refund:
Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
You do not need to give us any reason for the canceled orders, however, you will need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order either in writing or by email within 14 days and return the items in resaleable condition within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the costs and return of the canceled order.
If the product is returned not in a fully resalable condition or if the packaging is damaged we may deem this to be a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and we reserve the right to claim against you the cost of the reduction in value. This does not affect your statutory rights. The item must be in perfect condition complete with original packaging and if applicable any promotional items. Please note refunds will be made using the original form of payment.

Exchanging an item:
If you wish to exchange an item for another in our range you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. Please return the item to our returns department and we will on receipt of your item send the replacement item. The time scale for this will be dependant on available stock.

Except in the return of faulty goods, returning an order for exchange or return is the responsibility and cost of the customer. When collecting your order from the shop our store returns policy applies. The Rambo Micklem Competition Deluxe Bridle is an innovative design by William Micklem and made by Horseware Ireland under the world famous Rambo brand.

The Micklem Competition Deluxe Bridle is based on the extremely popular Micklem Multi Bridle but is fully completion legal, the Completion Bridle is designed for use with a bit and without the lunge ring and bitless attachment. The Design of the Micklem bridle is shaped so it sits comfortably with the shape of the horse head 3/8 and jaw.

The Horseware Rambo Micklem Competition Bridle is a bridle with a difference. An innovative design by William Micklem, produced and manufactured by Rambo. The shape of the bridle sits comfortably with the shape of the horse head 3/8 and jaw instead of just the outward apperance. The Micklem Bridle in particular it avoids any pressure on the facial nerves, the projecting cheek bones or the upper jaw molar teeth so avoids any discomfort to these areas that might be caused by over tight cavasons and flash nosebands. The Micklem provides a solution for many horses resist because of pain or discomfort from damaged bars of the mouth or horse that dislike to much pressure on the tongue and fight taking a contact as a result. In addition the weight of the Micklem Bridle is taken on a wide padded head 3/8 piece instead of a thin noseband strap. The Rambo Micklem has many advantages and horses love the difference.

The Micklem Competition Deluxe Bridle has been made with high quality 5/8 leather. the head 3/8 piece, browband, and nose band are sofetly padded for comfort and for a finished look suitable for the areana!
