Returning Items For A Refund:
Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
You do not need to give us any reason for the canceled orders, however, you will need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order either in writing or by email within 14 days and return the items in resaleable condition within 28 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the costs and return of the canceled order.
If the product is returned not in a fully resalable condition or if the packaging is damaged we may deem this to be a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and we reserve the right to claim against you the cost of the reduction in value. This does not affect your statutory rights. The item must be in perfect condition complete with original packaging and if applicable any promotional items. Please note refunds will be made using the original form of payment.

Exchanging an item:
If you wish to exchange an item for another in our range you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. Please return the item to our returns department and we will on receipt of your item send the replacement item. The time scale for this will be dependant on available stock.

Except in the return of faulty goods, returning an order for exchange or return is the responsibility and cost of the customer. When collecting your order from the shop our store returns policy applies. Reactive joint maintenance diet:
•Balancer with a feed element based on a Soya Hulls, Linseed Expeller & Black Oats base
•Provides a balanced level of over 30 Vitamins, minerals & Amino Acids (Chelated where required)
•Includes Prebiotics & Probiotics to improve absorption Low Starch (9%) and low Sugar (2.5%) Contains 16% protein
•Competition safe within the UK Contains a maintenance rate of BozMerix (7.5g per 500g).
additional BozMerix may be added during times of competition, intense training or particular joint stress.
This complex balancer is an excellent choice as a maintenance diet to support a horse's joint & muscular comfort and aids the natural systems that control inflammation. Complementary feeding stuff for horses.
Instructions for proper use: Feed 100g per 100kg of bodyweight, for example for a 500kg horse, feed 500g. Split the total daily feed rate by the number of daily feeds. Suitable for feeding with complementary forages. CAUTION: Do not feed alongside other feed balancers.
